We have a gorgeous waterfall of ruffles with three exquisite vintage neckties. Our sewn in dress snaps are easy to find and each design is hand-ruffled, hand-stitched, and hand lined in ribbon.
- Snaps on at front with sewn in dress snap.
- 20" from snap to snap.
- 50% cotton, 50% rayon ribbon lined.

Our ascots are hand crafted without the use of a sewing machine. Hand tailoring allows our ruffles to be scultpural and a Lilian Asterfield signiture.
