How do I clean my Asterfield?

We recommend that all designs are dry cleaned as you would a necktie. We hand sewn a ribbon lining that can be spot cleaned. Our vintage silk can be delicate, like any gorgeous silk, please be mindful not to scrub and dab with a mild soap or gentle stain stick.

Do you do alterations?

We are happy to add a ruffle if a piece feels loo long once you have tried it on at home. The alteration is complimentary. Customers pay a flat rate return shipping fee calculated by zip. Please email for more information and scheduling.

Where's my order? 

Orders ship out Wednesdays, please note that purchased item shipping window is 7-10 business days of the order depending on item availability or if it's made to order. This may vary due to travel and show schedule. Lilian Asterfield is a small business run by one person. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. Lilian Asterfield is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items. 

Can I return my order?

We realize that sometimes we change our minds, we offer exchanges within 14 days of order delivery, an additional shipping fee will be applied to the exchange (no restocking fees). Gift cards, custom orders, special orders and sale items are all final sale.
